Hierarchical clustering

In hierarchical clustering, leaves are placed based on their euclidean distance - the distance between each object in euclidean space (in this case, the binary co-occurence matrix). This suggests that the further away one leaf is from the other, the greater the sum of squares, and the less often these keywords co-occur. Conversely, the closer a leaf is to another and the lesser the sum of squares, the more often those keywords co-occur.
